The gin was established in 2015 and has already made itself a hit on the Irish market. The gin has been created in a classic 300 litre copper pot still nicknamed "Sally", it is distilled very slowly giving it more copper contact in the still which helps create a soft mouthfeel.A lovely summer gin that is great to drink neat or as a G&T.
