Jameson Irish Whiskey, is a Blended Irish Whiskey from the Midleton Distillery in Cork. It is the standard bottling of the Jmaeson range. It is a triple distilled blend made up of grain and pot still whiskeys. Using the same recipe thought up by John Jameson back in 1780. This whiskey is one of the biggest selling Irish Whiskey in the world.
The nose of Jameson Irish Whiskey, is that of floral sweetness. There are some marmalade and fudge aromas with notes of fresh cut grass and brown sugar. The palateis thick and creamy. Flavours of fruit and baked spice fill your mouth. Notes of vanilla and fresh banana also make an apperence. The finish is that of spice and honey.
Paddy Irish Whiskey
Blended to perfection with triple distilled pot still, malt and grain whiskeys and matured for many years in oak casks, paddy is a soft and mellow whiskey with a sweet, malty finish. Famed throughout his native county Cork for buying rounds of his favourite tipple, he became so synonymous with the whiskey he sold, that in 1913 the distillery owners paid him the ultimate tribute by renaming the whiskey 'Paddy' in his honour. Jameson Black Barrel
Jameson Black Barrel is a Blended Irish Whiskey from the Midleton Distillery in Cork. The whiskey itself is made up of a high majority of pot still whiskey with some grain whiskey aged to around 12 years old, instead of the normal 5-7 years. The whiskey has than been matured in Wild Turkey American Oka Barrels.
The nose of the Jameson Black Barrel, is that of caramel, toffee and fruit aromas. There are also some fresh leather and grassy notes present. The palate is that of spice and some lovely warm woody notes. There are also some flavours of cinnamon and lemon zest. The finish is that of a big toasted oak flavour with some hints of mixed fruit.
Method & Madness Single Grain
Method & Madness Single Grain, is a Single Grain Whiskey from the Midleton Distillery in Cork. The whiskey has first been matured in ex-bourbon barrels and then for 12 months finished in virgin Spanish oak casks from Galicia.
On the nose Method & Madness Single Grain, has a sweet vanilla aroma which draws you into the whiskey and makes you want the whole bottle! (nearly). There are also hints of spice and nutmeg. The palate is that of baking spices, such as cinnamon and clove with flavours of tropical fruit which hit the back of your mouth. The finish is long and well-balanced with a lovely creamy smooth finish.
Redbreast 12 year old
Redbreast 12 Year Old Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, first came out in 1939 and was bottled by Gilbeys. It is a gaurenteed 12 year old whiskey which has been matured in ex-bourbon casks and finished off in ex-sherry casks. It is the largest selling Irish Pot Sill in the world.
On the nose the Redbreast 12 Year Old, has touches of toffee crisp with undertones of dried fruit and spices. As for the palate there is a recognisable taste of roasted nuts, that is constant in every bottling of the Redbreast range. It has a long warm spicy finish lingers and makes your mouth water for more.
Green Spot Chateau Montelena Pot Still Irish Whiskey
Green Spot Chateau Montelena is the second release in the Wine Geese Series of The Spot Whiskeys. This single pot still whiskey is initially matured for 7-10 years in ex-bourbon & ex-sherry casks before being finished in Zinfandel Red wine casks from Chateau Montelena a winery in the Napa Valley in California.
The nose and palate of this whiskey follow typical Green Spot, touches of sweetness, ripe fruits & red apples. The more time spent with this whiskey, the more the cask influence becomes apparent with red berries, pomegranate and maraschino cherries. Subtle touches of french oak spice intertwined with the traditional pot still spices, while it always remains sweet around the edges. A fantastically complex whiskey.

Redbreast Lustau Edition
Redbreast Lustau Edition Irish Whiskey,this whiskey comes to us from a unique collaboration between the Bogedas Lustau Company and the Midleton Distillery. The whiskey was initially matured in ex-bourbon Barrels and Sherry casks for 9-12 years and finished of for an extra 1 year in Oloroso Sherry cask from Bogedas Lustau in Jerez.
On the nose the Redbreast Lustau Edition, has a longing spice with undertones of old oak and flamed orange zest. As for the palate there is a flavours of dried fruit, clove, citrus and the classic pot still spice. On the finish there is a strong flavour of chocolate toffees.

Method and Madness is a brand developed by the Masters and Apprentices in the Midleton Distillery. The brand was developed to experiment with innovation and creativity in whiskey production. This single pot still release is matured in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, then finished in chestnut casks sourced from France.
Method & Madness Single Malt
Method & Madness Single Malt, is a Single Malt Whiskey from the Midleton Distillery in Cork. The Method & madness range was launched in March 2017. It is a 14 year old whiskey that has been distilled by David Quinn. The whiskey has been aged in ex-bourbon casks before 40% of the liquid was taken for further maturation in Virgin Limousin Oak casks from France.
The nose of Method & Madness Single Malt, is that of malt spirit with some soft spicy aromas and plenty of wood essence. The palate id that of malty tones with waves of spice and sweetness that makes this whiskey so unquie and a must have for any whiskey drinker.

Yellow Spot 12 Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, is one of the Famous Spot Whiskeys from Mitchell & Son Wine Merchants in Dublin, Ireland's longest running family owned wine merchants, operating for 7 generations since 1805.
Yellow Spot 12 has a distinctive Single Pot Still(SPS) nose, with peppery spices, clove oil, and hints of sweet citrus fruits from the Malaga cask component. The palate has the creamy texture of all good SPS whiskeys, red fruits and oak spice. There are slightly richer notes of chocolate and aromatic coffee when you spend some time with it. The finish has great length and intriguing complexity as the flavour profiles overlap.

Redbreast 12 Year Old Cask Strength Single Pot Sill Whiskey, is a 12 year old pot still whiskey which has not been watered down when it was taken out of the barrel, this means that the alcohol strength of the whiskey is whatever comes out of the cask. This means that each batch has a different strength ranging from 54 to 59%.
On the nose the Redbreast 12 Year Old Cask Strength, has a sweet buttery smell with a hint of vanilla pod and brown sugar. On the palate there is a slight wave motion that floats through your mouth beginning with a strong flavour at the tip of your tongue and then it swings all the way to the back of your throat. It leaves a soft nutty flavour with hints of toffee, bananas and pear. The finish is that of a nice oily texture that reiterates the fact that this is a cask strength whiskey.
Jameson Bow Street 18 Years Old Cask Strength
Jameson Bow Street 18 Years Cask Strength is a blend of pot still and grain Irish whiskeys, and for the first time in the history of Jameson, this is bottled at cask strength (55,3% ABV).
It was matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks at the Midleton distillery, then married in first-fill bourbon barrels for one year, resting at the Bow Street Distillery (where they have a tiny storage facility of just 84 casks…).
