Powers Three Swallows Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, is the embodiment of the old style of Powers pot still, which made the brand famous around the world. This bottling brings back the style and recipe used by the Powers Distillery which was suited just of Thomas street up until 1966. This whiskey has been matured in ex-bourbon barrels and finished of for a small amount of time in ex-sherry casks.
On the nose Powers Three Swallows, has a sweet roasted nut aroma, with a undertone of barley sugar and orange peel. As for the palate it is strange but of course enjoyable with flavours of bananas,raisins, tropical fruit cocktail and toasted oak. The finish itself is not too long but it does leave a lingering for more.

Jameson Black Barrel
Jameson Black Barrel is a Blended Irish Whiskey from the Midleton Distillery in Cork. The whiskey itself is made up of a high majority of pot still whiskey with some grain whiskey aged to around 12 years old, instead of the normal 5-7 years. The whiskey has than been matured in Wild Turkey American Oka Barrels.
The nose of the Jameson Black Barrel, is that of caramel, toffee and fruit aromas. There are also some fresh leather and grassy notes present. The palate is that of spice and some lovely warm woody notes. There are also some flavours of cinnamon and lemon zest. The finish is that of a big toasted oak flavour with some hints of mixed fruit.

Method & Madness Single Grain, is a Single Grain Whiskey from the Midleton Distillery in Cork. The whiskey has first been matured in ex-bourbon barrels and then for 12 months finished in virgin Spanish oak casks from Galicia.
On the nose Method & Madness Single Grain, has a sweet vanilla aroma which draws you into the whiskey and makes you want the whole bottle! (nearly). There are also hints of spice and nutmeg. The palate is that of baking spices, such as cinnamon and clove with flavours of tropical fruit which hit the back of your mouth. The finish is long and well-balanced with a lovely creamy smooth finish.

Redbreast 12 Year Old Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, first came out in 1939 and was bottled by Gilbeys. It is a gaurenteed 12 year old whiskey which has been matured in ex-bourbon casks and finished off in ex-sherry casks. It is the largest selling Irish Pot Sill in the world.
On the nose the Redbreast 12 Year Old, has touches of toffee crisp with undertones of dried fruit and spices. As for the palate there is a recognisable taste of roasted nuts, that is constant in every bottling of the Redbreast range. It has a long warm spicy finish lingers and makes your mouth water for more.

Powers John's Lane Release
Powers John's Lane Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, is a 12 Year Old Whiskey that celebrates the origin of the Powers Distillery in Dublin. The original Powers Distillery was located on John's Lane just off Thomas Street, there they used the pot still style to produce their world famous whiskeys. This whiskey is no different, with it being matured in ex-bourbon barrels and finished off for a small amount of time in ex-sherry casks.
On the nose Powers John's Lane, has an aroma of a freshly brewed hot chocolate or mocha coffee with entities you with its warmness. There is also hints of marshmallow and orange peel. On the palate Powers John's Lane is soft and creamy, the distinctive flavour of a pot still Irish whiskey. There is also hints of citrus fruits, spices and toffee apples. With the addition of water comes a bountiful flavour of fruit as the sherry cask seems to take over. The finish is long with hints of chocolate flavours that you can enjoy with guilt.

Green Spot Château Léoville Barton
Green Spot Château Léoville Barton was the first special cask finish release in the Spot Whiskey range released in 2015. The whiskey itself is the exact same liquid as the Original Green Spot but it has been furthered matured in two separate Chateau Leoville Barton bordeaux red wine casks for a period of 12 months for one cask and 24 months for the second cask. Bottled at 46%abv and non-chill filtered it is an exceptional example of Single Pot Still whiskey. Winner of the World Whiskies Award for Best Single Pot Still Whiskey 2015.
The distinct apple and orchard fruits typical of Green Spot are evident in this whiskey, however the influence of the 12 months maturations imparts burst of red fruits and berry texture along with some tannic spicy french oak. Award winning for good reason!

This single pot still whiskey is initially matured for 7-10 years in ex-bourbon & ex-sherry casks before being finished in Zinfandel Red wine casks from Chateau Montelena a winery in the Napa Valley in California.
The nose and palate of this whiskey follow typical Green Spot, touches of sweetness, ripe fruits & red apples. The more time spent with this whiskey, the more the cask influence becomes apparent with red berries, pomegranate and maraschino cherries. Jameson Blenders Dog, is a Blended Irish Whiskey from the Midleton Distillery in Cork. It is one of a three makers series range. The range looks to celerbrate the three Masters at Midleton. This whiskey is to celerbrate the craft of the Master Blender, Billy Leighton. The name of the whiskey comes from a small container on the end of a chain that is used to extract samples from each cask.
On the nose of the Jameson Blenders Dog, there is some soft sweet aromas that have hints of fresh fruit, such as apples, dates and vanilla. The palate is that of a creamy texture with some well-balanced honey and toffee flavours. There are also notes of pears, caramel and oak tannins. The finish is that of spice and some smooth honey, vanilla flavours.

Yellow Spot 12 Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, is one of the Famous Spot Whiskeys from Mitchell & Son Wine Merchants in Dublin, Ireland's longest running family owned wine merchants, operating for 7 generations since 1805.
Yellow Spot 12 has a distinctive Single Pot Still(SPS) nose, with peppery spices, clove oil, and hints of sweet citrus fruits from the Malaga cask component. The palate has the creamy texture of all good SPS whiskeys, red fruits and oak spice. There are slightly richer notes of chocolate and aromatic coffee when you spend some time with it. Redbreast 15 Year Old Single Pot Still, was at first a limited edition but was made a permanent member of the Redbreast range due to its popularity. It is a vetted Single Pot Still with whiskeys between 15 to 19 years old. It is said to be the heaviest and richest of any Irish Pot Still Whiskey. It has been matured in 1st fill bourbon and then finished off in 1st fill sherry casks, which gives it it's classic Redbreast style.
On the nose the Redbreast 15 Year Old, has a strong smell of roasted nuts, apricots, prunes and Christmas cake. As for the palate there is again roasted nut flavours with a strong flavour of exotic spices and a undertone of a flamed orange peel. Overall the flavour profile of the Redbreast 15 Year Old, is that of rich and heavy Sherry notes.

Midleton Very Rare Vintage Release 2018
The most recent release from Midleton's Ver Rare range, the 2018 is a blending of Midleton Single Pot Still and Single Grain whiskey. Each drop was matured exclusively in lightly charred ex-bourbon American Oak for between 12 to 28 years.
Light pear drops, toasted oak, vanilla cream and rosewater on the nose of the whiskey, with a creamy palate of dried fruits and spices.

Redbreast 21 Year Old
Redbreast 21 Year Old Irish Whiskey, is a pot still whiskey in the Redbreast range. This whiskey has some been matured in some similar casks to the 12 and 15 year old Redbreast but also has some refill casks.
On the nose the Redbreast 21 Year Old Irish Whiskey, has amazingly some tropical fruit aromas along the the usually pot still spice and nuttiness. On the palate there is a slight vanilla flavour along side some wonderful fresh fruit notes. The over all mouth fell is creamy and buttery with a finish of spice and leafy notes.
