Writers Tears Red Head Single Malt Irish Whiskey, is a Single Malt matured in Oloroso Sherry casks, which have been perfectly selected by Bernard Walsh of the Walsh Whiskey Distillery in Carlow. It is bottled at 46% ABV and is non-chill filtered. On the nose Writers Tears Red Head Single Malt, has an aroma for fresh fruit, melons and ripe apples with undertones of figs and grapefruit with comes from the sherry butts. As for the palate Writers Tears is refreshing with a mixture of tropical fruits and ginger spice. The finish is that of a strong sherry flavour with raisins, sultanas and figs. A wonderful, smooth whiskey to be enjoyed at any occasion.
Irish American, is a double distilled Single Malt Irish Whiskey, matured for 10 years in first fill ex-bourbon barrels. The whiskey is produced for the Irish American Trading Company. It is a rich full bodied whiskey with a floral underbelly with hints of cinnamon spice.
Teeling Single Malt Irish Whiskey, is a Non-Age statement Irish Whiskey, matured in 5 different Wine casks. They take a selection of ex-bourbon matured whiskeys of different ages and spread them between 5 ex-wine casks, Port, Sherry, Madeira, White Burgundy, & Cabernet Sauvignon, creating a complex full-flavoured Single Malt.Bottled at 46% and non-chill filtered, Teeling have done everything they can to leave as much flavour in this liquid as possible. On the nose there are distinct floral notes intertwined with soft fruits, citrus and clear european oak spice, The palate is quite subtle with no distinct fruit character standing out from the maturation, rather just delicate and smooth fruits. This is a great value for money Single Malt.
West Cork 12 Year Old Sherry Cask, is a product of the West Cork Distillery in Skibbereen. It is one of a trio of 12 year old whiskeys to be released by West Cork Distillers in 2016. This particular expression has been finished off in Sherry casks, which in itself released flavours of sweet berries and chocolate.The nose of the West Cork 12 Year Old Sherry Cask, is that of vanilla pod, rhubarb tart and orange peel aromas that all settle together. The palate is that of a typical sherry finished whiskeys with flavours of raisins and dates with hints of nutty notes on the back of your mouth. The finish is somewhat strange with thick blackcurrant flavour. Lovely way to finish a whiskey.
West Cork 12 Year Old Rum Cask, is a product of the West Cork Distillery in Skibbereen. It is a 12 year old whiskey that has been matured in ex-bourbon barrels and finished of in ex-rum casks from the West Indies.On the nose West Cork 12 Year Old Rum Cask, is light and fresh with lovely aromas of honey, lemon, pineapple and toasted oak, almost like a tropical fruit juice or a fruit cocktail. As for the palate it is soft and delicate with flavours of orchard fruit, honey and grapes. It tastes like a sun holiday lying on a beach.
Jack Ryan 12 Year Old Single Malt, is a 12 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey produced to celebrate the Ryan's Beggars Bush 100th Year Anniversary in 2013. The label on the bottle depicts an image from 1913 of the exterior of the landmark public house and original lamp post that still stands today. The whiskey has been matured in ex-bourbon barrels with only 1450 being bottled.The nose of the Jack Ryan 12 Year Old Single Malt, is that of vanilla and honey aromas, with hints of oak and citrus fruit. The palate is that of some sweetness and some woodiness flavours. There are also notes of lemon curd and rhubarb tart. The finish is soft and smooth.
The Irishman 12 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey, is a limited run with only 6000 bottles being produced each year. It is a triple distilled whiskey matured in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels. These barrels are carefully selected by Bernard Walsh from the Walsh Whiskey Distillery in Carlow. On the nose The Irishman 12 Year Old Single Malt, has a sweet caramel and toffee smell, its clear from the first smell that the barrel used is that of bourbon. There are also undermines of wood and fresh cut grass during the summer time. As for the palate there is a distinct taste of charred oak and black peppercorn with hints of fresh apples and pears. The taste lingers on until the last drop.
Tyrconnell 10 year old Sherry Single Malt, comes from the Kilbeggan Distilling Company. It is the well deserved winner at the 2010 World Whiskey Awards and then again in 2012. It is made up of 100% malted barley, matured in american bourbon barrels and finished in Sherry Casks for 18 months.On the nose, the Tyrconnell 10 year Sherry Single Malt has rich sherry characters with hints of leather and tobacco. From the first taste you get exotic spices, walnuts and raisins, with a touch of earthy, toasty notes on the finish. A warm, earthy whiskey which keeps with the style of the Kilbeggan Distilling Company.
St. Patricks Distillery is located in Co. Cork and they produce a number of spirits including gin and vodka with a 100% potato based distillate. This release is a single malt whiskey aged in ex- bourdon and ex sherry casks and is limited to 1,425 bottles. The nose of this whiskey is very fruity, with strawberry, melon and citrus notes. The palate brings a jam like fruitiness, honey and cereal flavours.
Connemara 12 year old Peated Single Malt, is one of the few Peated whiskeys in Ireland. It is produced by the Kilbeggan Distilling company at the Cooley Distillery in Co.Louth.The whiskey itself has quite a fresh palate, with lemon citrus notes, smoked honey, and toasted oak, turning to green fruits, apple and pears. It's got great depth and a full rounded heated texture. It's a little more earthy than the Islay Malts of Scotland, which makes for a distinctive point of difference.
The Teeling Brabazon Series No.2 is a single malt whiskey with a combination of whiskey matured in port casks & whiskey finished in port casks. There were three types of port varieties used in this release, tawny, white port and ruby port. Although this is a non-age statement, the whiskey is aged from 8-16 years and limited to 12,500 bottles. The nose has dry fruit aromas, nuts and toffee while the palate has spice, caramelised fruit and toffee notes. The finish brings more spice and oak.
Method & Madness Single Malt, is a Single Malt Whiskey from the Midleton Distillery in Cork. The Method & madness range was launched in March 2017. It is a 14 year old whiskey that has been distilled by David Quinn. The whiskey has been aged in ex-bourbon casks before 40% of the liquid was taken for further maturation in Virgin Limousin Oak casks from France. The nose of Method & Madness Single Malt, is that of malt spirit with some soft spicy aromas and plenty of wood essence. The palate id that of malty tones with waves of spice and sweetness that makes this whiskey so unquie and a must have for any whiskey drinker.
Egans 10yr old, is a Irish Single Malt from Tullamore in Co. Offaly. The name Egans comes from a old company known as P&H Egan Ltd which was set up in 1852, it enjoyed a long run of wholesaling, bottling, malting and brewing until its closeur in 1968 when competition in the market place got the best of them. The brand was then revives by the 5th and 6th generation of Egans. The whiskey has been aged for 10 years in American oak and is bottled as a non-chill filtered whiskey.The nose of Egans 10 year old, is that of fresh bread and some baked spice aromas. There are also some aromas of vanilla and cinnamon. The palate is that of honey sweetness and caramel flavours. There are also some hot spices and sweet butterscotch flavours. The finish has some leather and spice flavours.
The Whistler 7 Year Old Single Malt Cask Strength Irish Whiskey, is produced by the Boann Distillery which is located in Co.Meath. It is a new distillery which has been opened since 2015, they are also a producer of some lovely craft beer. This whiskey is at its cask strength glory being matured in ex-bourbon barrels and finished off in oloroso sherry casks.On the nose the Whistler 7 Year Old, has hints of milk chocolate, coffee and vanilla aromas. There are also undertones of apricots and cinnamon. The palate is thick and moreish with flavours of vanilla, grapes, smoked bacon and caramel.

Tullamore D.E.W. 14 year old Single Malt Irish Whiskey, is a triple distilled 14 year old Irish Single Malt specially selected by Tullamore D.E.W. It has been matured in ex-bourbon barrels for 13 and a half years before being split and matured for a further six months in a rare combination of ex-sherry, ex-port and ex-maderia casks. These casks are then married for a short period of time.On the nose the Tullamore D.E.W. 14 year old Single Malt is extremely fruity, with plenty of apple, peach, pineapple and lemon zest aromas.From the first sip it is said to be "as delicate as a ballerina, as it dances across your mouth". The leading notes are that of fresh green apple and pear with toffee, honey and syrup undertones. The finish of the Tullamore D.E.W. 14 year old Single Malt is that of black pepper and candied lemon.

Becoming significantly harder to get, due to worldwide demand, it is one of the Best Single Malts produced in Ireland, and the most rounded and robust of the Bushmills Range.Matured for 16 years separately in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, it is then married in Port pipes for the last 9 months of it's maturation. This creates a whiskey with superb depth, rich fruits, dates, sultanas, and warming oak spice, clove and tobacco. Jack Ryan is a 15 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey that is produced under the name of a proprietor of a famous Dublin Pub, Jack Ryan, who's father Thomas Ryan purchased the Pub Beggars Bush in 1913. It was there that Thomas fell in love with all things whiskey, especially the finishing of whiskeys, such as the use of port and sherry casks. He began to source his own whiskey which became a local favourite.The nose of the Jack Ryan 15 Year Old, is full bodied with some lovely Fruity notes and some rich vanilla oak aromas. The palate is spicy with a sense of cinnamon roll flavours. The finish is long with plenty of complex flavours such as vanilla and spice. A all round lovely dram of whiskey.
Retronaut Irish Whisky is a first release of whisky from the Blackwater Distillery. Retronaut, like many other new Irish whisky brands was actually distilled elsewhere, the difference with this brand is that it is clearly labelled stating the fact. Another thing of note is the spelling of whisky. The missing ‘e’ may surprise a lot of people but Irish whisky was once commonly spelled as such but was eventually phased out in the 1960s. This limited edition 17 year old single malt is limited to just 1160 bottles
Connemara 22 year old Peated Single Malt, is the oldest peated whiskey to be released in Ireland as of yet. It has recently been announced that they will not be making anymore of this particular expression giving it the added element of rareity. On the nose there is soft peat intertwined with wood smoke, notes of vanilla sweetness and softer rich fruits protruding. The palate is elegant and refined, the peat isn't overpowering at any point and there are notes of ginger, caramel, and oak spices. It is an outstanding whiskey, pick it up while you still can.

The family heritage dates back 1852, when Patrick Egan Senior moved his business to Tullamore and purchased the iconic Bridge House and the family business evolved from there. Today, the fifth and sixth generations are led by Jonathan and Maurice Egan who continue to carry on the family legacy.The new Legacy Reserve Single Malt Whiskey is very limited release of only 1000 bottles, aged for a minimum of 15 years in American Oak and will be non-chill filtered.
Bushmills 21 year old Single Malt, the oldest expression in the Bushmills Distillery's core range. A fantastic combination of cask influence and spirit influence. The whiskey is matured separately in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks for 19 years. At this stage, 27 Madiera casks are filled, each year, with approx 50:50 of each whisky and matured for a further 2 years.The nose of this whiskey is a complex mix of spicy aromatic maltiness, interweaved with dried fruits and roasted nuts. The palate is quite voluptuous, with candied orange peel, raisins, a soft nuttiness, and tropical mango fruit. The finish has a touch of milk chocolate, and liquorice spice. An exceptional whiskey, from an exceptional distillery.
One for the collectors. This Bushmills was bottled for the Italian market where they like there whiskey young. Discontinued in the early 1990's it is becoming harder and harder to come across.
James Joyce Single Malt Irish Whiskey, is a Single Malt from the Bushmills Distillery in Northern Ireland. It is a independently bottled whiskey.This limited edition of fifteen casks of aged Single Malt Irish Whiskey pays homage to this beaconic house in which James Joyce set 'The Dead' No. 15 Ushers Island, Dublin 8.The nose of James Joyce Single Malt Irish Whiskey, is that of a burst of citrus fruit, green apples and chocolate aromas. There are also hints of cinnamon and fudge on the nose. The palate is that of wood tannins, pepper and fresh fruit. There are also some lovely grapefruit and citrus flavours. The finish is that of fruit and spice.
The Teeling 24 year old Single Malt Irish Whiskey, is a Single Malt whiskey that was distilled in 1991, it was than matured in ex-bourbon barrels and further matured in ex-Sautaurnes wine barrels, which gives this whiskey it's unique flavour profile. On the nose the Teeling 24 year old Single Malt, has pineapple, & lemon curd aromas with hints of beeswax. The TWC Centenary Collection is an exclusive series of aged whiskeys brought to you by Dublin Airport and Teeling Whiskey Company. There are only 5 releases and currently only the first two are available. This is 1915 release(the 2nd release) and is limited to 250 bottles. The whiskey is a 25 years old Single Malt.
Coleraine 34 year old is a very rare Irish Single Malt produced from the closed Coleraine Distillery. The distillery itself was converted from a manorial mill and started producing malt whisky in 1825. The distillery ceased production in 1964 and was completely shut down in 1972. This whisky was distilled in 1959 and matured for 34 years and bottled in 1993 from a single cask at cask strength. A limited edition of only 400 bottles.The Coleraine 34 year old is a must have for any serious Irish Whiskey Collector. The bottle is a true treasure of Irish Whiskey and a real gem to have on the shelve.
