The Irishman Founder's Reserve
The Irishman Founder's Reserve Blended Irish Whiskey, is the newly named Irishman 70, formally called this for the fact that it was made up of 70% malt whiskey and 30% pot still whiskey. It is a triple distilled whiskey carefully selected by Bernard Walsh for the Walsh Whiskey Distillery in Carlow. This unique blend is enjoyed by many an "Irishman" and women.
The Irishman Founder's Reserve Blended Irish Whiskey has a soft aroma with a underlining tone of of honey and ginger. As for the taste it can only be described as a day out at the carnival, with flavours of fudge, toffee and caramel apples. For the price it is an amazing whiskey and should not be passed by.
Micil Poitin is named after the current distillers great great grandfather, who started distilling poitin (moonshine) in his house in Galway. Today it is still produced the same way using 100% Irish barley and bogbean botanical. It is produced in a micro-distillery in Galway City, home to poitin making.
The flavour begins with light honey and malty notes, as for the finish it is surprising smooth and velvety. At 44% ABV it is a lovely soft, silky experience.
An Dulaman Gin
An Dulaman Irish Maritime Gin is a first gin distilled in Co. Donegal. Named after well known Irish folklore song (and one of the seaweeds used), An Dulaman captures the uniqueness of the Donegal coast.
An Dulaman is distilled in small batches using five varieties of seaweed along six other botanicals.

Writers Tears Copper Pot Blend Irish Whiskey, is produced by the Walsh Distillery in Carlow. Owned by Bernard Walsh and family. The Walsh Family have been in the Whiskey industry since 1999. Starting out with the Irishman Whiskey and in 2008 releasing Writers Tears Copper Pot Blend.
Writers Tears Copper Pot Blend is made up of Pot Still and Malt Whiskey, the marriage of both styles became known as "The Champagne Of Irish Whiskey" and was widely enjoyed by Irish Writers of the 19th Century. On the nose you enjoy a burst of fresh green apples with hints of vanilla and honey. On the palate you should expect hints of ginger and butterscotch with a elegant finish of milk chocolate and almonds.
Knappogue Castle 12 Year Old Single Malt
Knappogue Castle 12 year old Single Malt is an Independently bottled triple-distilled Irish Single Malt. The Knappogue Castle brand originated in 1966 when an American, Sir Mark Andrews purchased the Knappogue Castle outside Ennis in Co.Clare and while renovating the Castle he began purchasing casks of Whiskey from closed down distilleries in Ireland. He let these casks mature and began bottling them in the late 1980's most famously as Knappogue Castle 1951.
Knappogue Castle 12 year old Single Malt is exclusively matured in ex-bourbon casks for the full 12 years and bottled at 40%abv. It is an incredibly smooth whiskey with a refreshing array of malt spice and citrus fruits. On the nose there are clear notes of malted grains and white pepper spice. The palate is an infusion of those cereal notes intertwined with fresh apple, melon and citrus peel. The finish is a touch richer with warming spice.
The Irishman Single Malt
The Irishman Single Malt Irish Whiskey, is a Single Malt matured in both ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. These casks have then been perfectly selected by Bernard Walsh from the Walsh Whiskey Distillery in Carlow.
On the nose The Irishman Single Malt Irish Whiskey, has a soft, sweet aroma with hints of roasted almonds. On the palate there is a distinctive dark chocolate taste and a finish of black pepper. Very interesting.
The Irishman 12 Year Old Single Malt
The Irishman 12 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey, is a limited run with only 6000 bottles being produced each year. It is a triple distilled whiskey matured in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels. These barrels are carefully selected by Bernard Walsh from the Walsh Whiskey Distillery in Carlow.
On the nose The Irishman 12 Year Old Single Malt, has a sweet caramel and toffee smell, its clear from the first smell that the barrel used is that of bourbon. There are also undermines of wood and fresh cut grass during the summer time. As for the palate there is a distinct taste of charred oak and black peppercorn with hints of fresh apples and pears. The taste lingers on until the last drop.
Knappogue Castle 14 Year Old Single Malt
Knappogue Castle 14 year old Single Malt, is a triple distilled Single Malt Irish Whiskey. Named "Twin Wood" as it has been matured in both ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. It is a non-chill filtered whiskey with an ABV of 46%.
On the nose the Knappogue Castle 14 year old, has aromas of an orchard with fresh apples and fruit. This is in harmony with more sherry aromas, such as plums,dates and apricots. There are also undertones of vanilla, butterscoth and carmel, which all work together. On the palate there is a strong flavour of apple zest, with hints of vanilla and plums with a gressy barley finish.
Knappogue Castle 16 Year Old Single Malt
Knappogue Castle 16 year old is a Single Malt Whiskey produced by the Castle Brands Co. It is a triple distilled Single Malt from the Bushmills Distillery in Northern Ireland. The whiskey has been matured in ex-bourbon barrels and in the end it has been married together with Oloroso Sherry Casks.
On the nose Knappogue Castle 16 years old has malty, grassy aromas with undertones of mellow wood and some fruity sherry notes. On the palate there are plenty of rich, complex & malty flavours. The finish is that of sweetness coming from the sherry casks and harmonises the whiskey as a whole.
