Compass Box Asyla, is a Blended Scotch Whisky produced by the independent bottlers Compass Box. The name Asyla comes from the single form of "asylum" and is a member of the Signature Range from Compass Box. It is a blended Scotch whisky with a 50-50 ratio of malt and grain whisky. The blend was matured in first-fill American oak casks.
The nose of the Compass Box Asyla Blended Scotch Whisky, is that of some peach and lemon aromas, with some cereal and soda notes. The palate is that of vanilla, lemon and sugar flavours. There are also some undertones of french toast and maple syrup. The finish is soft and smooth.

Glenmorangie 10yr Old is a Single Malt from the Glenmorangie Distillery in Tain, the Highland region of Scotland. The name Glenmorangie comes from the Gaelic for "vale of tranquility". Glenmorangie started as a farm brewery but in 1843 began distilling. The 10 year old would be the standard bottling for the Glenmorangie brand.
The nose of the Glenmorangie 10yr Old Single Malt is that of big fruit and floral aromas. There are also some hints of honey and sweet buttery aromas. The palate is that of tropical orchard fruit flavours. The mouth-feel also has some sweet honey and baked bread flavours. The finish is smooth and refreshing, with some sweet spices.

Cragganmore 12yr Old Single Malt
Cragganmore 12yr Old is a Peated Single Malt from the Speyside region in Scotland. The distillery was founded in 1869 by John Smith on land leased from Sir George MacPherson-Grant. What makes Cragganmore unique is the shape of the stills as they have a flat top and are relatively short. The still shape has a definite effect on the taste and aroma of the whisky. The whisky has been aged in 2nd fill bourbon barrels for 12 years, and is lightly peated.
On the nose the Cragganmore 12yr Old Single Malt, has some honey and fruit aromas, such as pears and melons. There are also some aromas of nuts and heather. The palate has notes of dried cherry, honey nuts, with some smoke and leather notes are evident. There is a nice mix of smoke and tobacco on the finish.

Laphroaig Quarter Cask Single Malt
Laphroaig Quarter Cask is a Single Malt from the Laphroaig Distillery on the isle of Islay in Scotland, established in 1815. The whisky was matured for 5 to 6 years in ex-bourbon barrels then transferred to quarter casks which as the name implies are much smaller. They are finished for several months in a warehouse that sits next to the sea. It is then bottled at 48% ABV. These smaller barrels give more surface area to the amount of liquid in the barrels which brings out more vanilla and oily notes from the wood.
