Grants Cask Editions No.1 Ale Cask Finish
The Grants Cask No.1 Ale Cask Finish is a blended Scotch whisky hailing from the owner of Glenfiddich, William Grants & Sons. The whisky has been finished in Ale Casks from Edinburgh, giving a strong malt profile to the whisky.
A smooth nose with floral and herb notes, touches of sweetness and a malty backing. On the palate the whisky is well balanced with malt, hops and floral highs, touches of fudge and a smooth honey finish.
Singleton Tailfire Single Malt Scotch Whisky
The Singleton Tailfire was released for the Singleton of Dufftown in 2014, alongside the Sunray. A large amount of the whisky was aged in European Sherry Casks, giving plenty of fruit to the whisky.
Classically Speyside, the dram opens with warm raspberries and red apples on the nose, before touches of tobacco notes and red grape. On the palate the berries continue, with touches of caramel and pepper spice before a dry fruity finish.
Old Pulteney 12 Year Old Single Malt
Old Pulteney 12 Year Old Single Malt is from Wick in Scotland.The town itself is rich in maritime history once known for its herring fisheries and the distillery's opening coincided with this boom in the fishing trade.
The nose of the Old Pultney 12 Year Old Single Malt is that of smoky and sweet aromas. There are also notes of nutty, toffee aromas. The palate has flavours of citrus peel and dark chocolate with a faint hint of salt. The finish is that of a long warm hug. Great for a cold, rainy night (so every night in Ireland).
Compass Box Asyla Blended Scotch Whisky
Compass Box Asyla, is a Blended Scotch Whisky produced by the independent bottlers Compass Box. The name Asyla comes from the single form of "asylum" and is a member of the Signature Range from Compass Box. It is a blended Scotch whisky with a 50-50 ratio of malt and grain whisky. The blend was matured in first-fill American oak casks.
The nose of the Compass Box Asyla Blended Scotch Whisky, is that of some peach and lemon aromas, with some cereal and soda notes. The palate is that of vanilla, lemon and sugar flavours. There are also some undertones of french toast and maple syrup. The finish is soft and smooth.
Highland Park 10 Year Old Viking Scars
Highland Park 10 becomes Highland Park 10 Viking Scars, a tribute to one of the nine noble virtues of the Vikings on Orkney, The new bottle has wonderful engravings heavily Viking inspired also new label in the was launched in 2017.
Highland Park 10 Year Old is the entry level single malt, which is matured in American oak sherry casks approx. 25% of which are first fill and is bottled at 40% ABV.
The use of American oak gives this whisky a brighter, more citrus based nose that also hints at honey and butterscotch. It’s a much brighter smelling whisky and the smoke is light on the nose as is the oak/wood, although it is present.
Singleton Spey Cascade
The Singleton Spey Cascade hails from Dufftown distillery, Banffshire is the Scottish Speyside region, matured in both ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. The bottling was initially released in 2015 after the success of the Tailfire and Sunray bottlings.
The nose is full of honey, toffee and almonds, while the palate becomes fruitier with baked red apples and cherries, and the finish carries good nuts, salted caramel and plums.
Glenmorangie 10yr Old Single Malt
Glenmorangie 10yr Old is a Single Malt from the Glenmorangie Distillery in Tain, the Highland region of Scotland. The name Glenmorangie comes from the Gaelic for "vale of tranquility". Glenmorangie started as a farm brewery but in 1843 began distilling. The 10 year old would be the standard bottling for the Glenmorangie brand.
The nose of the Glenmorangie 10yr Old Single Malt is that of big fruit and floral aromas. There are also some hints of honey and sweet buttery aromas. The palate is that of tropical orchard fruit flavours. The mouth-feel also has some sweet honey and baked bread flavours. The finish is smooth and refreshing, with some sweet spices.
Talisker 10 year old Single Malt
Talisker 10 year old is one of Diageo's Classic Malts, and it is made at the Talisker distillery, which was for a long time, the only distillery on the Isle of Skye.
The nose and palate of Talisker 10 year old are filled with smoke, oak and spice. There are some rich fruit notes present, with a lingering sense of smouldering heather, and malt spices. A favourite among many heated Malt whisky drinkers.

Loch Lomond 12 Year Old
Loch Lomond is known for their ability to produce multiple styles of whisky, with the 12 Year Old representing a single malt. This expression was matured in ex-bourbon, refill and recharged casks.
Creamy custard and apple pie on the nose, with the palate bringing brown sugar and spices followed by orchard fruit. The finish closes neatly with dry sweet vanilla icing.
Glenfarclas 10 Year Old Single Malt
Glenfarclas 10 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky, is a Highland whisky produced at the Glenfarclas Distillery in Ballindoch, Speyside. It is one of the few independent distilleries in Scotland. The 10 Year old whisky is non-peated and has been matured in sherry cask.
The nose of the Glenfarclas 10 Year old, is that of malty, grassy notes with elements of toffee and honey. On the palate there is a big fruitcake profile with plenty of dark dried fruit flavours. The finish has a brown sugar note to it along with some clove and cinnamon tones.

Glenfiddich 12yr Old,is a Single Malt Whisky from the Glenfiddich Distillery in Dufftown, Scotland. The Glenfiddich brand are the best-selling whisky in the world. The 12 year old is matured in ex- American oak and ex-sherry oak casks, a pure Speyside style Scotch.
The nose of the Glenfiddich 12yr Old, is that of tropical fruit, such as lemon, melon and orange aromas. There are also some hints of tasted oak aromas that come from the use of ex-bourbon barrels. The palate has flavours of fruit, such as dates, plums, pear and raisins. Flavours of smoke and spices are evident on the mouthfeel. There are some oak and fruit flavours that are welcomed at the end of the dram. The finish also has hints of spice and toasted coffee beans.
Cardhu 12 Year Old Single Malt
Cardhu 12yr Old, is a Single Malt Scottish Whisky from the Speyside region of Scotland. The company was founded by a Whisky smuggler known as John Cumming in 1824, and is currently run by Diageo. The word Cardhu comes from the Scots Gaelic of Carn Dubh which means, Black Rock. From the companies early beginnings it was ran by Johns wife Helen who used to sell bottles of whisky to passers-by through the window of their farmhouse. A family run business until 1893 when it was sold to Johnnie Walker and Sons, who was later sold to Diageo.
The nose of the Carghu 12yr Old Single Malt, is that of ripe apple and some mild honey notes. There are also some vanilla and wood notes. The palate is that of toffee and vanilla flavours. There are also some undertones of gentle spice and a hint of peaty smoke. The finish is that of some fruit and grain flavours with some enjoyably smoke notes towards the finish.
Arran 10 Year Old Island Single Malt
Founded in 1994 and opened in 1995, Arran distillery is currently the only disitillery on the Isle of Arran. A curious combination of lowland, coastal and island influences give the whisky a surprising amount of depth and character.
The nose is malty and herbal, touches of tea and a dollop of honey, The palate holds dried grass, dried apple and lemon zest, and the finish closing the dram with malt, marzipan and pineapple.
Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban 12yr Old Port Cask Finish
Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban12yr Single Malt Scottish Whisky comes from the Glenmorangie Distillery in the Highland region. The original Glenmorangie is the base for the Quinta Ruban where it has been finished for 2 extra years in port pipes.
The nose of the Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban 12yr Old Port Cask Finish is that of typical red wine aromas with some blackcurrant and lemon zest notes. There are also some vanilla and fruit undertones such as raspberries, strawberries and cranberries. The palate is that of sweet toffee and cranberry flavours. There are some notes of warm spices and vanilla mixed in to create a complex whisky. The finish has flavours of orange zest and vanilla.
Balblair 2005 Vintage Highland Single Malt
Balblair 2005 Vintage Highland Single Malt, is a Single Malt Scottish Whisky produced in the Highlands town of Edderton lies Balblair, one of the oldest of Scotlands distilleries. The distillery was founded in 1790 and was a family-owned distillery until 1894. The Balblair 2005 was bottles in 2015 and was set to replace a simpilary aged 2003 vintage.
The nose of Balblair 2005 Vintage Highland Single Malt, carries some sweet aromas, such as vanilla, toffee and caramel. There are also undertones of wood oak and spice. The palate is contains elements of toffee, vanilla and banana. The finish is that of dry wood and earthy spices.
Glenmorangie Lasanta 12 Year Old
Glenmorangie's Lasanta is a delicate sherry expression, matured at first in ex-bourbon before being moved to Oloroso and Pedro Ximinez casks for a brief finish and bottled at 12 years old. Originally the Lasanta was bottled at 46%, however this has been lowered slightly to 43%.
The nose is light citrus, singed grapefruit and orange peel, with touches of walnuts evident. The palate holds raisins with soft butterscotch and fudge, before the finish shows roasted coffee and dark chocolate.
Caol Ila 12 year old Single Malt
Caol Ila 12 year old Single Malt comes from one of the lesser talked about distilleries on Islay. Owned by Diageo, the majority of the Caol Ila distillery's production goes into the Johnnie Walker Blended whiskies. But their age statement release, 12, 18, & 25 year olds are some of the most complex whiskies on the market.
The nose has a light touch of smoke intertwined with barley notes and soft malt sweetness. The palate has a soft sweet balance with toffee, vanilla and sweet peat. The finish is long and complex, making this a stand-out dram at any event.

Ardbeg 10 Year Old
One of the smokiest whiskies from Islay, Ardbeg holds a special place in peat lovers hearts. Produced on the Kildalton coast, the whisky blends sweet smoke and earth together for a brilliantly balanced dram.
A strong campfire of driftwood starts the nose, before a rush of iodine and vanilla. On the palate we see salted caramel and creme brulee, before the driftwood bonfire returns on the finish closing the dram with plenty of sweet smoke and rich salted earth.
Cardhu 15 Years Old Single Malt

The name Nectar Dor means "golden nectar" as "Or" is the Scottish Gaelic word for "gold".
The nose of the Glenmorangie Nectar Dor has complex floral notes that are combined with some vanilla and honey aromas. There are also some white grape and rose water aromas. The palate has an abundance of citrus with lime and orange zest turning to sweet spice in a combination of cinnamon, apricot and vanilla flavours. The finish has sweetness and warmth with vanilla and baking spice tones.
Glenfarclas 105 Cask Strength Single Malt
Glenfarclas is a Speyside whisky distillery located in Ballindalloch, Scotland, owned and run by the Grant family
Glenfarclas 105 is a superb cask strength whisky, with a history that can be traced to 1968. When the original incarnation was released that year, Glenfarclas became the first distillery to release a barrel proof single malt whisky.
The bottling was eventually re-named to 105, referring to its alcohol content in British Proof, which equates now to 60% ABV.
The 105 doesn't carry an age statement presently, making it rare among Glenfarclas bottlings, it is matured in a combination of both ex-sherry and ex-bourbon barrels.

Ardbeg Uigeadail Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky, has notes of salted peanut butter aromas, peat smoke, tobacco and cayenne pepper on the nose. While the palate has flavours of salted caramel, cocoa powder covered marshmallows, tones of citrus bitterness for balance, and pecan pie, incredibly complex. It finishes with smoke, peat texture, with some salty sweetness.
Loch Lomond 18 Year Old
Capable of producing many different styles, the Loch Lomond 18 Year Old is a Single Malt, matured in American Oak Casks. Tommy Wallace, master Copper, hand selected each of the casks to bring his vision of the Loch Lomond 18 Year Old to life.
The nose hints at much older whisky, old oaken furniture, heavy American whisky soaked tobacco and honey notes. The palate comes in with brown bread, light jam and touches of smoky notes. The finish rounds out the whisky with light fingers of peat smoke and lemon zest.
