Isle of Jura, is a 10 Year Old Scottish Single Malt, produced on the Island of Jura on the West Coast of Scotland. The distillery itself is owned by Whyte and Mackay which is owned by a Philippine company. The Jura 10 Year Old is the Original is the long line of Juras product history. It is a stand out whisky on it's own and a great example of what the range is like.On the nose the Jura 10 Year Old, is clean and crisp with notes of green apple and fresh pears. There are sweet floral aromas with a strong presence of a freshly ripened banana. The palare is creamy, with a wave of vanilla and fruit flavours. There is also a slight grassy flavour that remind you of summer and spring time. The finish is that of sugar and oak, with some wood tannins.
Highland Park 12 year old Single Malt is one of the best all round 12 year old expressions in the world of whisky today. It balances peat smoke with the 'Heather-honey' distillate influences along with and array of citrus fruits and spices from the casks. It truely is one of the greats.

Blackbull 12yr Old Blended Whisky, is a Blended Scottish Whisky produced by Ducan Taylor. The Black Bull 12 Year Old is made using Highland and Speyside malt whiskies matured in refill ex-sherry European Oak butts and refill ex-bourbon American oak hogsheads. The ratio is 50% malt and 50% grain whisky. The nose of the Blackbull 12yr Old Blended Whisky, is that of some very sweet notes and a little bit of a peat aroma with some sherry notes. Cardhu 12yr Old, is a Single Malt Scottish Whisky from the Speyside region of Scotland. The company was founded by a Whisky smuggler known as John Cumming in 1824, and is currently run by Diageo. The word Cardhu comes from the Scots Gaelic of Carn Dubh which means, Black Rock. From the companies early begins it was ran by Johns wife Helen who used to sell bottles of whisky to passers-by through the window of their farmhouse. A family run business until 1893 when it was sold to Johnnie Walker and Sons, who was later sold to Diageo.The nose of the Carghu 12yr Old Single Malt, is that of ripe apple and some mild honey notes. There are also some vanilla and wood notes. The palate is that of toffee and vanilla flavours. There are also some undertones of gentle spice and a hint of peaty smoke. The finish is that of some fruit and grain flavours woth some enjoyably smoke notes towards the finish.
Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban, is a 12yr Single Malt Scottish Whisky from the Glenmorangie Distillery in the Highland region. The original Glenmorangie is the base for the Quinta Ruban where it has been finished for 2 extra years in port pipes.The nose of the Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban 12yr Old Port Cask Finish, is that of typical red wine aromas with some blackcurrent and lemon zest notes. Glenrothes Sherry Cask Reserve, a Single Malt from the Glenrothes Distillery in the Speyside region in Scotland. The whiksy is matured entirely in first fill-sherry casks. The casks are moslty European oak, which often leands to a different character to the whiksy thatn the American oak casks. It whisky does not carry a vintage year, as most Glenrothes releases do. The nose of the Glenrothes Sherry Cask Reserve Single Malt, is that of plums, red fruit and chocolate aromas. There are also hints of raisins and cherries. The palate itself is that of fruit cake, oaked spice and some tropical fruit flavours, such as mango and coconut. The finish is that of vanilla and baking spices that are well-balanced by some citrus notes.
Glenrothes Peated Cask Reserve, is a Scottish Single Malt from the Glenrothes Distillery in the Speyside region. The whisky was released to the US market in April 2016, and is the newest addition to the Speyside distillery's Reserve Collection. It has been created by selecting and marrying 1992 Vintage casks, before being finished in casks carefully selected from the peaty region of Islay. The inspiration for the whisky came from a time in the distillery's history, when the Glenrothes formed an association with an Islay Distillery in 1887.

Auchentoshan 21 year old Single Malt is a triple-distilled Single Malt whisky from the Lowlands of Scotland. It is maturated solely in 2nd-fill Sherry casks, which provide a subtle notes of sherry while allowing the distillate to enhance it's character throughout the 21 years in oak.The Malted Barley is present throughout the nose of this whisky, with notes of heather, barley spice, citrus fruits and menthol balancing the freshness. Glendronach 21 Year Old Parliament, is a Single Malt Scottish Whisky produced in the Glendronach Distillery located in Aberdennshire in the Highland district. The distillery is now owned by the BenRiach Distillery Company Ltd. The whiskey is matured in Oloroso and Pedro Ximinez sherry casks and takes its name from the parliament of rooks that have been nesting in the trees overlooking the distillery for near to 200 years. The nose of the Glendronach 21 Year Old Parliament Single Malt, is that of ripe fruits, such as blackberries and red plums aromas. There are also some rich Oloroso sherry notes and candied orange segments. The palate is that of chocolate sauce and homemade plum pudding flavours. There are also some spicey notes that are well balance from the sweetness of the whisky. The finish is that of cinnamon and nutmeg along with some lovely leather flavours.
Glenfiddich 21yr Old Reserva Rum Cask Finish, is a Single Malt produced in the Glenfiddich distillery in Dufftown, Scotland. Glenfissich is the world's best selling single malt whisky. When this whisky was first released in 2002, it was called Havana Reserve, this though posed a problem when exporting to the US as they have an embargo on Cuban products, even second hand. The name was than changed to Reserva in 2016. It has been aged for 21 years in American bourbon barrels and spent four months in selected rum barrels from the Caribbean. On the nose of the Glenfiddich 21yr Old Reserva Rum Cask Finish, is that of sugar molasses and toffe aromas. There are also some notes of brown sugar and coffee. The palate is that of leather and tropical fruits, such as banana and melon. The finish is that of some leather and sweet flavours, that make for a long complex finish.
Glenmorangie Signet, is a Single Malt from the Glenmorangie Distillery located in Ross-shire, Scotland. The distillery boasts to have the tallest stills in Scotland, standin at 26ft 3 in tall. The recipe for this particular whisky is unknown but what we do know is that some of the components are whisky that have been distilled over 30 years ago, and also some of the whisky as been aed in virgin oak casks. One of the biggest components with regards to the taste is that use of "chocolate malt", which is malted barley that has been exposedto a high temperature essentially roasting it as you would coffee.On the nose of the Glenmorangie Signet, is that of dark chocolate and roasted walnut aromas. There are also hints of coffee beans and dark fruits such as dates and raisins. The palate is that of baking spices and black liquorice flavours. There are also some nutty flavours such as walnuts ans roasted almonds. The finish is that of slight citrusy flavour mixed in with some spices.
Ardbeg Auriverdes, is a Single Malt Peated Scotch Whisky produced at the Ardbeg Distillery on the island of Islay. THe Auriverdes is a limited edition single malt that was launcheed in 2014. What is special about this whisky is the maturation process, the lids of the American oak casks were specially toasted in order to impart additional flavours to the final product. The nose of the Ardbeg Auriverdes, is sweet and earthy, aromas of vanilla and wet peat draw you into the whisky. There are slight faint aromas of chocolate and pepper. The palate has some jelly beans and peat smoke flavours. There are also some honey and bacon flavours (yum). The finish has some some intense enjoyable sweet smoke flavours.
Glenrothes Vintage, is a Scottish Single Malt Whiksy produced at the Glenrothes Distillery beside the Burn of Rothes in the Speyside region. The distillery was built in 1878 by James Stuart & Co, the Glenrothes Distillery is owned by Edrington. The whiskey is a limited edition of only 236 bottles. This particular bottling has been bottled by the Berry Bros & Rudd. The whisky was distilled in 1992 and matured until 2014 in American oak barrles and than introduced to a barrle that formerly containing Zinfandel, from Ridge Vineyards, one of the leading lights of California's wine scene. The nose of the Glenrothes Vintage Single Malt 1992 Ridge Wine Cask, is that of winey notes, with some classic honey aromas. There are also notes of sloe and poached pear. The palate is that of chocolate-coated strawberries, fresh blueberries and some honey and vanilla flavours. The finish is that of white oak spice and some red fruit notes.
Bruichladdich Black Arts 1990 Edition 4.1, is a Single Malt Scottish Whisky produced in the Bruichladdich Distillery on the isle of Islay. This is an unpeated Islay whisky which was distilled in 1990 and bottled in 2013, which makes it a 23 year old whisky. The barrels used in the maturation are a variety of American and Franch oak barrels, the exact nature known only to Master Distiller Jim McEwan.The nose of the Bruichladdich Black Arts 1990 Edition 4.1, is that of strong wine aromas, such as sherry, Bordeaux wine and even a hint of some Sauterne wine notes.There are also some notes of coconut, chocolate and tropical fruit. The palate is that of cereal, peach and nuts flavours. Notes of chocolate and mixed spice are also evident. The finish is complex with a nice oak and fruit flavours.
Bowmore 25 year old Single Malt is a great representation of what you should expect from the very best whiskies from Islay. Even though this whisky has been maturing in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks for at least 25 years, the Bowmore distillate still shines through in all of it's floral glory, intertwined with the cask influence, you get one of the finest whisky's on Islay.The nose and palate of this whisky coincide with each other. There are elements of peat smoke, citrus fruits, but dominated by floral tones, barley and green fruits. The palate is wonderfully complex and allows you to find varying flavours when some time is spent with it. Bowmore 25 year old Single Malt is one of the greats of Islay.
This particular Laphroaig 25 year old release, won Best Cask Strength Single Malt at the IWSC Awards in 2011. The release at Cask strength made a considerable difference to this whisky, and it has now solidified it's place as one of the best Peated Single Malts ever released.The palate of this whisky is one of the most complex in Islay Malts. There are notes of signature Laphroaig coal dust, smoke, seaweed, and woodsmoke which you might expect from older Laphroaigs. But, they are followed by big shared sweetness, almost jammy fruits, balanced by the spice, and saltiness of it's backbone. An incredible whisky!
Laphroaig 25 Year Old, is a Scottish Single Malt from the Laphroaig Distillery on the Isle of Islay in Scotland. It is a hightly sought after cask strenght expression of Laphroaig's celebrated 25 year old. The 2013 bottling was awarded the title "Best Cask Strenght Single Malt" at the International Wine and Spirits Competition. The whisky is matured in ex-bourbon and ex-Sherry casks and comes in at 45.1% ABV. A must buy for any Islay Whisky fan.
Highland Park 30 year old Single Malt is one of the finest expression of aged Single Malt available today. It carries all the rounded body, fruit and spice which we expect from Highland Park whiskies while adding layer upon layer of complexity, with tropical fruits and cherries, yet it still retains the floral heart of the distillate. It is Whisky making at it's best.The nose is a complex mix of cola spices with white and tropical fruits, peach, mango, while holding a rich pastry texture. The palate brings layers of richer fruits, raisins, sultanas and marzipan while it gains body through european oak spice and lacquered wood. The finish is where the fruit is balanced by the spices in one of the most flavoursome climaxes in Scotch Whisky. An absolute treat.
