Isle of Jura 10 year old single malt
Isle of Jura is a 10 Year Old Scottish Single Malt produced on the Island of Jura on the West Coast of Scotland. The distillery itself is owned by Whyte and Mackay. The Jura 10 Year Old is the flagship of the Jura range.
On the nose the Jura 10 Year Old is clean and crisp with notes of green apple and fresh pears. There are sweet floral aromas with a strong presence of a freshly ripened banana. The palate is creamy with a wave of vanilla and fruit flavours. There is also a slight grassy flavour that remind you of summer and spring time. The finish is that of sugar and oak, with some wood tannins.
Singleton Tailfire Single Malt Scotch Whisky
The Singleton Tailfire was released for the Singleton of Dufftown in 2014, alongside the Sunray. A large amount of the whisky was aged in European Sherry Casks, giving plenty of fruit to the whisky.
Classically Speyside, the dram opens with warm raspberries and red apples on the nose, before touches of tobacco notes and red grape. On the palate the berries continue, with touches of caramel and pepper spice before a dry fruity finish.
Singleton Spey Cascade
The Singleton Spey Cascade hails from Dufftown distillery, Banffshire is the Scottish Speyside region, matured in both ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. The bottling was initially released in 2015 after the success of the Tailfire and Sunray bottlings.
The nose is full of honey, toffee and almonds, while the palate becomes fruitier with baked red apples and cherries, and the finish carries good nuts, salted caramel and plums.
Dalwhinnie 15 year old Single Malt
Part of the Diageo Classic Malts range Dalwhinnie 15 year old Single Malt is the perfect introduction to unpeated Single Malt Scotch whiskies. It is quite delicate in nature but carries enough weight on the palate that it can trigger the taste buds for any Malt whisky drinker.
The palate has a combination of sweet caramelized fruit with a balancing citrus bite. The finish is long with a touch of balancing spices.

Glendronach 12 year old Single Malt has a nose filled with rich dried fruits and spice, balanced by honeyed citrus fruits. The palate is a dense feast of rich fruits, vanilla, and toffee providing the sweetness. The finish is typical sherry with rich oak and raisins.
Auchentoshan Three Wood Single Malt
Auchentoshan Three Wood Single Malt is a Triple-distilled single malt from the Auchentoshan Distillery in the Lowlands of Scotland. This whisky is initially matured in ex-bourbon casks, before being finished in Oloroso sherry casks, and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.
Although a Non-age Statement expression this whisky carries all the depth and complexity of the aged products from Auchentoshan. There is an array of rich and dried fruit present throughout thenose and palate, while the finish is dominated by the European Oak spice. Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban 12yr Old Port Cask Finish
Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban12yr Single Malt Scottish Whisky comes from the Glenmorangie Distillery in the Highland region. The original Glenmorangie is the base for the Quinta Ruban where it has been finished for 2 extra years in port pipes.
The nose of the Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban 12yr Old Port Cask Finish is that of typical red wine aromas with some blackcurrant and lemon zest notes. There are also some vanilla and fruit undertones such as raspberries, strawberries and cranberries. The palate is that of sweet toffee and cranberry flavours. There are some notes of warm spices and vanilla mixed in to create a complex whisky. The finish has flavours of orange zest and vanilla.
Dalmore 12 year old
A single malt aged for nine years in American white oak ex bourbon casks. Half is then transferred to Oloroso sherry casks for the final three years. The result is a rich sweet whiskey with sherried fruits.
Orange and dark chocolate on the nose. Spiced fruits on the palate. A smooth finish of vanilla, plums and cinnamon.

Glenmorangie Lasanta 12 Year Old
Glenmorangie's Lasanta is a delicate sherry expression, matured at first in ex-bourbon before being moved to Oloroso and Pedro Ximinez casks for a brief finish and bottled at 12 years old. Originally the Lasanta was bottled at 46%, however this has been lowered slightly to 43%.
The nose is light citrus, singed grapefruit and orange peel, with touches of walnuts evident. The palate holds raisins with soft butterscotch and fudge, before the finish shows roasted coffee and dark chocolate.
Springbank 15 Year Old
Hailing from the esteemed Campbelltown distillery, the Springbank 15 Year Old is a brilliant addition to a collection. Ex-bourbon and ex-sherry matured, the dram comes with notes of rich spice and soft brine.
The nose opens with dark sugars into dark chocolate and Christmas cake. On the palate we see creamy figs with a hint of light salt and brine, before a finish of sherry spice and oak closes the dram.

Ardbeg Corryvreckan Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Ardbeg Corryvreckan Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky, is a Single Malt Scottish Whisky produced at the Ardbeg Distillery located on the island of Islay. The distillery itself was founded in 1815 and has had a rocky history, the 80s and 90s saw the distillery suffer closings and shockingly limited periods of distillations of small batches which were intended for blends.
On the nose the Ardbeg Corryvreckan Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky, it leads with dry peat smoke, with some buttery, sweet vanilla and mint leave aromas. The palate is sweet with a light smoke, sea salt, touches lemon cake, and a hint of smoked bacon. The finish has layers of toffee, smoke and cinnamon.
Glendronach Allardice 18 Year Old Single Malt
The Glendronach 18 Year Old Allardice is a Single Malt Scottish Whisky produced in the Glendronach Distillery located in Aberdennshire in the Highland district, the whisky named for the flamboyant James Allardice. The nose is lovingly sweet, with fudge tones and jam over raisin toast with honey. The palate showcases cooking fruits with a simmering of spice and chocolatey tobacco for a long smooth finish.
Bunnahabhain 18 year old Islay Single Malt Whisky
Bunnahabhain 18 year old, Islay Single Malt Whisky is produced at the Distillery of the same name in Scotland. After spending 18 years in the coastal environment of Islay, salted caramel, toffee and leather appear on the nose. The palate is rich with sherried nuts, toffee, dried fruits and a twist of salt. This honest and complex offering from Bunnahabhain is unfiltered and free from colouring.
Glenmorangie Signet is a Single Malt from the Glenmorangie Distillery located in Ross-shire, Scotland. The distillery boasts to have the tallest stills in Scotland, standing at 26 feet 3 inches tall. The recipe for this particular whisky is unknown but what we do know is that some of the components are whisky that have been distilled over 30 years ago, and also some of the whisky as been aged in virgin oak casks. One of the biggest components with regards to the taste is that use of "chocolate malt" which is malted barley that has been exposed to a high temperature essentially roasting it as you would coffee.
On the nose of the Glenmorangie Signet is that of dark chocolate and roasted walnut aromas. There are also hints of coffee beans and dark fruits such as dates and raisins. The palate is contains baking spices and black liquorice flavours. There are also some nutty flavours such as walnuts and roasted almonds. The finish has a slight citrusy flavour mixed in with some spices.
Laphroaig 25 year old single malt 2011 release
This particular Laphroaig 25 year old release won Best Cask Strength Single Malt at the IWSC Awards in 2011. The release at Cask strength made a considerable difference to this whisky and it has now solidified it's place as one of the best Peated Single Malts ever released.
The palate of this whisky is one of the most complex in Islay Malts. There are notes of signature Laphroaig coal dust, smoke, seaweed, and woodsmoke which you might expect from older Laphroaigs. But, they are followed by big shared sweetness, almost jammy fruits, balanced by the spice, and saltiness of it's backbone. An incredible whisky!
