Auchentoshan 12 year old Single Malt
Auchentoshan 12 year old Single Malt is a triple-distilled Scotch whisky from the lowlands of Scotland. It is matured in a selection of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks for no less than 12 years, and is bottled at 40% abv.
The influence of the maturation is ever present in Auchentoshan 12 year old Single Malt, delivering rich fruits and typical nuttiness from the sherry casks, along with an alluring vanilla sweetness and an array of citrus fruits.
Singleton Spey Cascade
The Singleton Spey Cascade hails from Dufftown distillery, Banffshire is the Scottish Speyside region, matured in both ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. The bottling was initially released in 2015 after the success of the Tailfire and Sunray bottlings.
The nose is full of honey, toffee and almonds, while the palate becomes fruitier with baked red apples and cherries, and the finish carries good nuts, salted caramel and plums.
Highland Park 10 Year Old Viking Scars

Highland Park 10 Year Old is the entry level single malt, which is matured in American oak sherry casks approx. 25% of which are first fill and is bottled at 40% ABV.
The use of American oak gives this whisky a brighter, more citrus based nose that also hints at honey and butterscotch. It’s a much brighter smelling whisky and the smoke is light on the nose as is the oak/wood, although it is present.
Glenkinchie 12yr Old
Glenkinchie 12yr Old is a Single Malt Scottish Whisky distilled in the Glenkinchie Distillery in the Lowlands of Scotland. After the closure/mothballing of the Rosebank Distillery in 1993 the Glenkinchie Distillery became one of the few surviving Lowland distilleries in Scotland.
The nose of the Glenkinchie 12yr Old is that of light butterscotch and orange marmalade aromas. There are also some citrus and lemon curd notes. The palate is that of some toffee, vanilla and light spices flavours. The whisky also has some undertones of cardamom and mint flavours. The finish is that of fruit and smoke with a hint of spice.
Cragganmore 12yr Old Single Malt
Cragganmore 12yr Old is a Peated Single Malt from the Speyside region in Scotland. The distillery was founded in 1869 by John Smith on land leased from Sir George MacPherson-Grant. What makes Cragganmore unique is the shape of the stills as they have a flat top and are relatively short. The still shape has a definite effect on the taste and aroma of the whisky. The whisky has been aged in 2nd fill bourbon barrels for 12 years, and is lightly peated.
On the nose the Cragganmore 12yr Old Single Malt, has some honey and fruit aromas, such as pears and melons. There are also some aromas of nuts and heather. The palate has notes of dried cherry, honey nuts, with some smoke and leather notes are evident. There is a nice mix of smoke and tobacco on the finish.
Glengoyne 10 year old Single Malt
Glengoyne 10 year old Single Malt gives a real insight into the style of whisky this distillery produces. They produce Single Malt whisky from 100% Un-peated Malt and age solely in ex-sherry casks made from American and European Oak.
The palate of Glengoyne 10 year old Single Malt is a joyous mix of toffee, green apple, lemon, and nuttiness, balanced by some black liqourice and buttery popcorn textures.
Springbank 10 year old Single Malt
Springbank 10 year old Single Malt, is made at the Springbank distillery in Campbeltown, a small seaside town on the east coast of Scotland. This distillery is one of the few to perform 100% of production on site, from Floor Malting to Bottling.
This whisky is one of the very best entry level whiskies from any distillery in Scotland. Lightly peated and matured in a selection of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, it exposes some of the best elements from each variable on the palate. Notes of peat smoke, brine, citrus fruits, nutmeg, and cinnamon all present throughout the palate. There is a fantastic warmth to this whisky which brings it's it to a long satisfying finale.
