Ron Pampero Anejo Especial Rum, is a rum from Venezuelan. The company was founded in 1938 by Alejandro Hernandez.It is now a subisdiary of Diageo which makes it easily available in most of Europe. The Anejo Especial is a blend of Venezuelan rum aged upto two years in American Oak Bourbon Barrels.
The nose of Ron Pampero Anejo Especial Rum, is quite flowery and buttery with a tang of tobacco araomas. There is a strong vanilla araoma mixed in with some sweetness. The palate is that of banana and vanilla flavour but has some lovely spice at the finish to round it off.
Brugal Especial Extra Dry White Rum
Brugal Especial Extra Dry White Rum is produced on the island of Hispaniola/Dominican Republic. It was founded in 1888 by Andres Brugal Montaner and has now become an institution in the Dominican Republic.
The Brugal Especial Extra Dry White Rum is produced using a double-distillation technique which makes a clean and dry rum containing fewer heavy alcohols which tend to provide other rums with a sweet flavour profile. This rum has been aged for a minimum of 2 years. A perfect rum for mixing.
Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum
Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum, is a rum produced in 1991 as an extension of the Sailor Jerry brand. There is plenty of caramel and vanilla on both the nose and the palate. the finish is full of cloves, nutmeg and hints of allspice.
Muestra Ocho No. 8 Blanco Tequila
Ocho tequila is crafted by a third generation Mexican family. It is made carefully in small quantities the artisanal way of times past. The "Single Estate" on the bottle means that all agaves used to make this tequila have come from one specific field after 8 years average growth. It'll be at least 8 years before they harvest this field again. Master distiller creates Ocho at "Destileria la Alteña" results in a pure tequila which has an exceptionally full and complex agave flavour while being smooth and balanced.
Hendricks Gin, is a Gin produced by William Grant & Sons in Girvan, Scotland and launched in 1999. Hendricks uses a blend of spirits produced from a Carter-Head Still of which there are only a small number in the world, and a small pot still, originally built in 1860 by Bennett, Sons & Shears. The Bennett Still produces a heavy, oily spirit with a strong juniper-flavour.

6 O'Clock Damson Gin, is made by the fantastic Bramley & Gage, in Bristol. Much like their Sloe Gin, they use only hand-picked British Damsons and only a small amount of added suger.
The Damsons are matured in their classic dry gin until the liquid has infused sufficiently to create a wonderful, complex, flavoured gin.
1800 Reposado Tequila
1800 Reposado Tequila, is a tequila, distilled at the Casa Cuervo distillery. It is aged in French and American oak barrels and is made from 100% agave. The nose has a slight sea salt aroma. The palate has more pepper and cinnamon flavours, with a thick, waxy mouth feel. It's a diverse tequila which has the complexity to drink neat, while also being a great base for cocktails.
Star of Bombay Gin
Star of Bombay Gin, is a variation of Bombay's main product Bombay Sapphire, but has Bergamot orange peel from Calabria and Ambrette seed from Ecuador added in. It is in the style of a London dry gin and is juniper led in taste. It is named after a 182-carat cabochon-cut violet-blue star sapphire from Sri Lanka. The gem was presented to Mary Pickford, the silent film star by her husband, Douglas Fairbanks.
The use of not quite ripe berries being harvested for the gin means that the flavour of the gin is fresh and citrusy. For a garnish I would use raspberries and a spring of mint to bring out the fresh summer flavours. During the winter a slice of orange, flamed is a lovely way to end the day.

The nose of the Woodford Reserve Bourbon, is that of oak and rye notes with hints of green apples, pears and banana aromas. There are also aromas of backed spice and sweetness, such as caramel, vanilla and cinnamon. The palate is that of spice and sweetness. There are also flavours of sweet berry jam and cinnamon. The finish is light and delicate, with a mild spice that lasts even after you finish your dram.
Dictador 12 Year Aged Solera Rum
Dictador Solera 12 Year Old Colombian Rum is a Rum produced in Colombia at Cartagena de Indias City. The interesting fact about Dictador is that rather then being produced from molasses the rum is produced from the virgin honey of sugar cane which has been distilled upon a stainless steel alembic and aged using the solera-style aging system.
The aromas of the Dictador Solera 12 Year Old Colombian Rum has brown sugary toffee notes with some cinnamon and vanilla notes. A perfect, well-rounded rum, a great after dinner drink.

Wray & Nephew White Overproof Rum, is a well known rum produced in Kingston, Jamaica. Wray & Nephew is the top-selling high-strenght rum in the world. It is produced from a combination of both pot and column distillations of a 30 hour fermentation of sugarcane molasses. It is a non aged rum that comes in at an ABV of 63%.
The nose of Wray & Nephew White Overproof Rum, is that of bananas, walnuts and cake aromas. There are hints of cloves and pineapple giving the rum that glorious caribbean aroma. As you sip the rum you feel transformed to a white beach being shaded by palm trees as the sun beams down. The flavour is that of fruit and nuts that warm you up. With the alcohol strenght being strong the Jamaicans refer to it as "Tallawah" which translates to strong and sturdy.

Camus V.S.O.P. Elegance Cognac is a family-owned and operated cognac house in the Cognac region. It was founded by Jean Baptiste Camus in 1863 and is still run today by Cyril Camus, fifth generation of the Camus family.
The production of the Camus V.S.O.P begins with a selection of particular aromatic eaux-de-vie which are diatilled on the lees. The barrels used for ageing the cognac are medium toasted which helps to maintain the original characteristic aromas of the eaux-de-vie. An excellent cognac neat or as part of a cocktail mix.
Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège
Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège, In 1817 Hennessy Cognac was so highly regarded that the Prince of Wales asked the Hennessy House to produce what was termed a "very superior old pale", which in turn brought us to the genesis for the initials VSOP, which have become a labelling standard in the industry. The spirit itself is produced from the fruity Ugni Blanc grapes which where harvested from the four great crus of the cognac region. The grape wine is than double distilled and set down to age for at least 4 years in French oak casks.
All in all the Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilege is an excellent Cognac. The spirit is full of rich oak and vanilla flavours with some amazing rich fruit flavours also. There is also a hint of sweet maple that seem to bring everything together nicely.
Dictador 20 Year Old Solera System Rum
Dictador 20 Year Old Solera System Rum, is a rum produced in Colombia. Dictador is produced from the virgin honey of the sugar cane instead of molasses. This comes under the Colombia Government Policy. Another interesting fact on Dictador is the use of the Solera system for their rum. The solera system is the process where younger rums are aged in oak barrels and then blended with older rums. This system produces a rum that is smooth and constant.
The nose of the Dictador 20 Year Old Solera System Rum, is that of some strong vanilla and honey aromas. There are also notes of roasted coffee beans and toasted oak. The palate is soft and round with some big flavour profiles. Roasted coffee beans and honey note come to the forefront, while there are also notes of vanilla and caramel. On the finish there are notes of orange zest and caramel.
Plymouth Navy Strength Gin
Plymouth Navy Strenght Gin, is produced in Plymouth, England, in one of the oldest distilleries in England, the black friars Distillery. The gin itself first went to sea in 1793 with the Royal Navy, it was the ultimate gin to have on board. At 57% ABV Plymouth navy strenght gin is botanical and smooth with well-balanced flvours.

Brugal Gran Reserva XV
Brugal Gran Reserva,is a rum produced in the Brugal Distillery. Brugal makes their rum in a traditional manner, from molasses and ages it on site in Puerto Plata, the Brugal 1888 now undergoes a special double maturation process. The rum is first aged in medium toasted ex-bourbon casks and then matured in first fill Spanish Oloroso sherry casks.
