Courvoisier V.S Cognac is a Cognac located in Jarnac in the Charente region of France. The company was founded in 1835 by Felix Courvoisier. Courvoisier was the favourite Cognac of Napoleon Bonaparte who in 1869 his heir personally requested Courvoisier and bestowed the honourable title of "Official Supplier to the Imperial Court".
The Courvoisier V.S Cognac utilises euax-de-vie from four of the crus in Cognac, Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Borderies and Fin Bois. The spirit is aged in barrels hand-made from 200 year old oak sourced from the Troncais Forest in France. An excellent Cognac.

Camus V.S. Elegance Cognac is a family owned Cognac House locate in the Cognac region of France. The company's history dates back to 1863 when it was founded by Jean-Baptiste Camus. Today the 500 employee company is ran by the fifth generation of Camus, Cyril.
The grapes used are from one of the smallest growing regions in the Cognac region. The spirit is distilled in small classic alembic charentais copper stills and aged in Limousin oak barrels. Excellent value in terms of quality.

Remy Martin VSOP Cognac, is a Cognac from the Cognac region in France. The Remy Martin Company was founded in 1724, and is named after the founder. In 1927 they launched the first VSOP Fine Champagne, that is still going strong till this day, being the biggest selling VSOP cognac worldwide. The frosted bottle itself was introduced in 1972. The blend itself contains 55% Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie, the rest being made up from the Petite Champagne. A lovely floral Cognac with a rich and well balanced palate. No wonder it is the best seller.

Camus V.S.O.P. Elegance Cognac is a family-owned and operated cognac house in the Cognac region. It was founded by Jean Baptiste Camus in 1863 and is still run today by Cyril Camus, fifth generation of the Camus family.
The production of the Camus V.S.O.P begins with a selection of particular aromatic eaux-de-vie which are diatilled on the lees. The barrels used for ageing the cognac are medium toasted which helps to maintain the original characteristic aromas of the eaux-de-vie. An excellent cognac neat or as part of a cocktail mix.

Martell XO is a Cognac from France. The Martell House is one of the oldest cognac houses, founded in1715 by Jean Martell and is now owned by the Pernod-Ricard Group. In 2005 Martell XO was created, it is a blend of crus from Les Borderies and Grande Champagne. It incorporates eaux-de-vie up to 35 years old with a minimum age of 10 years.
The nose of the Martell XO is rich with spice and red berries. There are also some aromas of chutney, almonds and walnuts, with hints of beeswax and sandalwood. The palate is well rounded with notes of figs and walnut flavours with a characteristic power and finesse of eaux-de-vie from Grande Champagne. It also has a long silken finish.
