Jack Daniel's Gentleman is a Tennessee Whiskey from the Jack Daniel's Distillery in Lynchburg, Tennessee, owned by Brown-Forman Corporation. It is a premium version of Jack Daniel's Whiskey, where as it exhibits impressive complexity and flavour. There is a main difference between the standard and premium whiskeys which is a "double mellowing" as it is filtered through charcoal both before being filled and before being bottled.

The nose of Jack Daniel's Gentleman Jack, is spicy aromas with some caramel and charred oak aromas. There are also notes of aniseed and herbs. The palate is the of liquorice with some oak and cinnamon flavours. There are undertones of fresh fruit also, such as banana and green apples. The finish is that of toasted oak with plenty of spice and citrus.

The palate has a tingling sensation at the tip of your tongue. There are flavours of woodiness and acidity. The finish is soft and has a sweet rye flavour.

Woodford is made up by a mixture of pot still spirits produced at the Woodford Reserve Distillery and column still spirits from the Brown Forman Distillery in Shively, Kentucky.

The nose of the Woodford Reserve Bourbon, is that of oak and rye notes with hints of green apples, pears and banana aromas. There are also aromas of backed spice and sweetness, such as caramel, vanilla and cinnamon. The palate is that of spice and sweetness. There are also flavours of sweet berry jam and cinnamon. The finish is light and delicate, with a mild spice that lasts even after you finish your dram.

The nose of the Woodford Reserve Distiller's Select Kentucky Straight Rye, is that of white pepper and candy aromas. There are also notes of golden syrup and toasted nuts. The palate is classic rye character with pepper and oak flavours. There are also notes of cinnamon, caramel and honey. The finish is juicy with flavours of cardamom, almond and pears.

Jack Daniels Single Barrel Select Whiskey, is a Tennessee Whiskey from the Jack Daniels Distillery in Tennessee. After the spirit is produced the whiskey is left to drip for 6 days in a 10-foot cat, passing through charcaol that was made by burning maple, before being put in new charred oak barrels and ages for 4-7 years. For the Single Barrel release Jack Daniels pulls barrels from the upper levels of the rickhouse. Each Single Barrel release is different in both taste and colour.

The nose of Jack Daniels Single Barrel, is that of fresh banana bread, caramel, toffee and dark chocolate aromas. There are notes of toasted oak and nuts. The palate is that of caramel, toffee, banana and chocolate chip flavours. There are notes of coffee and sweet tea, aswell as a lovely herb flavour. The finish is that of brown sugar and pepper notes.

Tincup American Whiskey, comes from an old mining town set up just west of the Rockies, Colorado. The whiskey is a salute to the men that drank whiskey out of tin cups after a hard days mining. The whiskey itself is a blend of two American whiskeys each aged in charred oak barrels. These whiskeys are then cut with Rocky Mountain water.

The aroma of Tincup American Whiskey is filled with red fruit and a finish of peanut shells. There is also a slight rye aroma present but you do have to leave it breath a while. The palate is that of brown sugar, spice and that warm rye sensation. Overall the whiskey is well balanced and can stand alone.

The whiskey is named after Colonel Edmund Haynes Taylor Jr. who purchased the Old Fire Copper distillery in 1869 and started distilling. In 1878 it was bought by George T. Stagg.

The nose of the Colonel E.H Taylor Small Batch Bourbon, is caramel, vanilla and corn aromas. There are also some notes of cinnamon and honey. The palate is that of caramel and spice oak flavours, with some undertones of vanilla and corn. The finish has some lovely oak spice flavours along with some vanilla and grain notes.
