Tyrconnell Single Malt Irish Whiskey
Tyrconnell Single Malt Irish Whiskey, comes from the Kilbeggan Distilling Company. This is the standard bottling which is aged for nearly 8 years but will typically have some older whiskey included in the vatting. Tyrconnell whiskey was inspired after a legendary racehorse won the iconic National Produce Stakes in 1876, against all odds.
Tyrconnell Single Malt Irish Whiskey, is double distilled single malt made from 100% malted barley. On the nose you will get a wonderful fruity bouquet with a hint of vanilla pod . With the first sip you will be met with flavours of fresh fruit, ripe green apples with a finish of vanilla.
Sexton Irish Single Malt
The Sexton Single Malt comes to us from Bushmills, County Antrim. The whiskey is triple distilled, 100% malted barley aged in ex-Oloroso sherry casks for between 4 and 5 years.
At a young age, it allow the clarity of the sherry to shine through with touches of gingery raisins, smooth cinnamon dusted apricots and a wooded lemon finish.
Knappogue Castle 12 Year Old Single Malt
Knappogue Castle 12 year old Single Malt is an Independently bottled triple-distilled Irish Single Malt. The Knappogue Castle brand originated in 1966 when an American, Sir Mark Andrews purchased the Knappogue Castle outside Ennis in Co.Clare and while renovating the Castle he began purchasing casks of Whiskey from closed down distilleries in Ireland. He let these casks mature and began bottling them in the late 1980's most famously as Knappogue Castle 1951.
Knappogue Castle 12 year old Single Malt is exclusively matured in ex-bourbon casks for the full 12 years and bottled at 40%abv. It is an incredibly smooth whiskey with a refreshing array of malt spice and citrus fruits. On the nose there are clear notes of malted grains and white pepper spice. The palate is an infusion of those cereal notes intertwined with fresh apple, melon and citrus peel. The finish is a touch richer with warming spice.
Tipperary Watershed Single Malt
Tipperary Watershed Single Malt Irish Whiskey, has been chosen from only six first-fill bourbon casks for each batch and has been carefully selected by Tipperary's Boutique Malt Master, Stuart Nickerson. It is cut at 47% ABV and every bottle is numbered individually.
From the first smell you begin to realise that Tipperary Watershed Single Malt Irish Whiskey, is a layered whiskey with plenty of interesting aromas. Fresh oak with fruity tones of lemon, melon and mint come to mind. The palate itself is softer than expected. Nice vanilla and apple sauce flavours combined with oak and cinnamon notes.

The Irishman Single Malt Irish Whiskey, is a Single Malt matured in both ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. These casks have then been perfectly selected by Bernard Walsh from the Walsh Whiskey Distillery in Carlow.
On the nose The Irishman Single Malt Irish Whiskey, has a soft, sweet aroma with hints of roasted almonds. On the palate there is a distinctive dark chocolate taste and a finish of black pepper. Very interesting.

Writers Tears Red Head Single Malt Irish Whiskey, is a Single Malt matured in Oloroso Sherry casks, which have been perfectly selected by Bernard Walsh of the Walsh Whiskey Distillery in Carlow. It is bottled at 46% ABV and is non-chill filtered.
On the nose Writers Tears Red Head Single Malt, has an aroma for fresh fruit, melons and ripe apples with undertones of figs and grapefruit with comes from the sherry butts. As for the palate Writers Tears is refreshing with a mixture of tropical fruits and ginger spice. The finish is that of a strong sherry flavour with raisins, sultanas and figs. A wonderful, smooth whiskey to be enjoyed at any occasion.
Teeling Single Malt Irish Whiskey
Teeling Single Malt Irish Whiskey, is a Non-Age statement Irish Whiskey, matured in 5 different Wine casks. They take a selection of ex-bourbon matured whiskeys of different ages and spread them between 5 ex-wine casks, Port, Sherry, Madeira, White Burgundy, & Cabernet Sauvignon, creating a complex full-flavoured Single Malt.
Bottled at 46% and non-chill filtered, Teeling have done everything they can to leave as much flavour in this liquid as possible. On the nose there are distinct floral notes intertwined with soft fruits, citrus and clear european oak spice, The palate is quite subtle with no distinct fruit character standing out from the maturation, rather just delicate and smooth fruits. This is a great value for money Single Malt.
Lambay Single Malt Whiskey
Lambay Single Malt Whiskey, is a new Irish whiskey to hit the Irish Market being released to retail in February. Lambay Whiskey is named after the Lambay Island located just off the coast of Skerries, Dublin. It is well known to be home to both wallabies and puffins. The whiskey itself is triple distilled, matured in ex-bourbon barrels and finished in Camus Cognac casks. This is the first Irish Whiskey to be finished in cognac casks.
The aromas are malty, grassy with a touch of some flora and fauna notes. There is also some cider aromas present also. The palate is that of dried berries, sweet malt and a hint of caramel, vanilla. An exciting new Irish Whiskey.

On the nose of the Tipperary Knockmealdowns Single Malt Irish Whiskey, you will be hit with plenty of citrus notes, with hints of toasted oak. On the palate the taste of honey and vanilla come to the forefront of your mind while there is also tones of citus, orange and lemon peel.

The Irishman 12 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey, is a limited run with only 6000 bottles being produced each year. It is a triple distilled whiskey matured in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels. These barrels are carefully selected by Bernard Walsh from the Walsh Whiskey Distillery in Carlow.
On the nose The Irishman 12 Year Old Single Malt, has a sweet caramel and toffee smell, its clear from the first smell that the barrel used is that of bourbon. There are also undermines of wood and fresh cut grass during the summer time. As for the palate there is a distinct taste of charred oak and black peppercorn with hints of fresh apples and pears. The taste lingers on until the last drop.
Knappogue Castle 14 Year Old Single Malt
Knappogue Castle 14 year old Single Malt, is a triple distilled Single Malt Irish Whiskey. Named "Twin Wood" as it has been matured in both ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. It is a non-chill filtered whiskey with an ABV of 46%.
On the nose the Knappogue Castle 14 year old, has aromas of an orchard with fresh apples and fruit. This is in harmony with more sherry aromas, such as plums,dates and apricots. There are also undertones of vanilla, butterscoth and carmel, which all work together. On the palate there is a strong flavour of apple zest, with hints of vanilla and plums with a gressy barley finish.

Tyrconnell 10 Year Old Port Single Malt Irish Whiskey
Tyrconnell 10 year Port Single Malt, comes from the Kilbeggan Distilling Company. It is a double distilled whiskey made from 100% malted barley, matured in american bourbon barrels and finished off in Port Casks for at least 3 months.
The initial aromas are of sweet fruit and chocolately aromas, with hints of roasted nuts. The taste comes through in the shape of caramel, toffee notes with some sweet fruity flavours on the finish. All in all quite light and smooth.
Teeling Brabazon Bottling Series No. 2 Single Malt
The Teeling Brabazon Series No.2 is a single malt whiskey with a combination of whiskey matured in port casks & whiskey finished in port casks. There were three types of port varieties used in this release, tawny, white port and ruby port. Although this is a non-age statement, the whiskey is aged from 8-16 years and limited to 12,500 bottles. The nose has dry fruit aromas, nuts and toffee while the palate has spice, caramelised fruit and toffee notes. The finish brings more spice and oak.

Tyrconnell 10 year old Sherry Single Malt, comes from the Kilbeggan Distilling Company. It is the well deserved winner at the 2010 World Whiskey Awards and then again in 2012. It is made up of 100% malted barley, matured in american bourbon barrels and finished in Sherry Casks for 18 months.
On the nose, the Tyrconnell 10 year Sherry Single Malt has rich sherry characters with hints of leather and tobacco. From the first taste you get exotic spices, walnuts and raisins, with a touch of earthy, toasty notes on the finish. A warm, earthy whiskey which keeps with the style of the Kilbeggan Distilling Company.

Tyrconnell 10 year old Madeira Single Malt Irish Whiskey, comes from the Kilbeggan Distilling Company. When this whiskey first came out Jim Murray rated it the as the finest madeira whiskey he ever tasted,saying it was a delight on the palate giving it 95 points. It is made up of 100% malted barley, matured in american bourbon barrels and finished off in Madeira Casks for 3 months.
On the nose the Tyrconnell 10 year old Madeira Single Malt delivers a soft, sweet, smooth caramel aroma with hints of dried fruit and toasted nuts. The palate itself has plenty of soft malty tones with a touch of spice and nuttiness. The fruity flavours from the madeira casks persist all the way to the finish.

Method and Madness is a brand developed by the Masters and Apprentices in the Midleton Distillery. The brand was developed to experiment with innovation and creativity in whiskey production. This single pot still release is matured in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, then finished in chestnut casks sourced from France.
Tipperary Red Single Cask Wine Finish 2007
Tipperary Red Wine Finish Single Cask Irish Whiskey, is a Single Malt Irish Whiskey from the Tipperary Boutique Distillery. This whiskey once again shows their commitment to building their brand through excellent full-flavoured Single Malt expressions.
This expression is 9 years old, finished in ex-Faustino Rioja casks. The liquid itself has a gorgeous red hue and great viscosity, noting that it's bottled at natural cask strength at 58.4%. The nose is a mixture of aromatic malt notes with touches of red berry and oak. The palate has a good balance of distillate contribution, wine cask essence, and underlying sweetness.
Method & Madness Single Malt
Method & Madness Single Malt, is a Single Malt Whiskey from the Midleton Distillery in Cork. The Method & madness range was launched in March 2017. It is a 14 year old whiskey that has been distilled by David Quinn. The whiskey has been aged in ex-bourbon casks before 40% of the liquid was taken for further maturation in Virgin Limousin Oak casks from France.
The nose of Method & Madness Single Malt, is that of malt spirit with some soft spicy aromas and plenty of wood essence. The palate id that of malty tones with waves of spice and sweetness that makes this whiskey so unquie and a must have for any whiskey drinker.
Connemara 12 Year Old Peated Single Malt
Connemara 12 year old Peated Single Malt, is one of the few Peated whiskeys in Ireland. It is produced by the Kilbeggan Distilling company at the Cooley Distillery in Co.Louth.
The whiskey itself has quite a fresh palate, with lemon citrus notes, smoked honey, and toasted oak, turning to green fruits, apple and pears. It's got great depth and a full rounded heated texture. It's a little more earthy than the Islay Malts of Scotland, which makes for a distinctive point of difference.
Jack Ryans Toomevara 10 yr old
Toomevara is a 10YO, aged in bourbon, finished in a collaboration with Château du Breuil Calvados. Toomevara - Limited to 3,500 numbered and signed bottles - is the first of The Generation Trilogy, celebrating six generations of the Ryan family. Haddington 11YO finished in rum, and Finisher’s Touch 12YO finished in collaboration with Justino’s Madeira, will complete the Trilogy.
Fercullen 14yr Single Malt
Initially from an undisclosed distillery, the Fercullen 14 Year Old is aged in ex-bourbon barrel before being bottled by Powerscourt distillery, with Noel Sweeney distilling their new make and keeping a watchful eye over the casks. While we wait for those casks to come of age, the Fercullen 14 Year Old hows us a different side to Irish Whiskey.
A light dram of malt tones, almonds and plums, the whiskey also carries a light tone of cheese and cinnamon, with a lengthly malt and lemon finish.
Knappogue Castle 16 Year Old Single Malt
Knappogue Castle 16 year old is a Single Malt Whiskey produced by the Castle Brands Co. It is a triple distilled Single Malt from the Bushmills Distillery in Northern Ireland. The whiskey has been matured in ex-bourbon barrels and in the end it has been married together with Oloroso Sherry Casks.
On the nose Knappogue Castle 16 years old has malty, grassy aromas with undertones of mellow wood and some fruity sherry notes. On the palate there are plenty of rich, complex & malty flavours. The finish is that of sweetness coming from the sherry casks and harmonises the whiskey as a whole.
