Isle of Jura 10 year old single malt
Isle of Jura is a 10 Year Old Scottish Single Malt produced on the Island of Jura on the West Coast of Scotland. The distillery itself is owned by Whyte and Mackay. The Jura 10 Year Old is the flagship of the Jura range.
On the nose the Jura 10 Year Old is clean and crisp with notes of green apple and fresh pears. There are sweet floral aromas with a strong presence of a freshly ripened banana. The palate is creamy with a wave of vanilla and fruit flavours. There is also a slight grassy flavour that remind you of summer and spring time. The finish is that of sugar and oak, with some wood tannins.
Singleton Tailfire Single Malt Scotch Whisky
The Singleton Tailfire was released for the Singleton of Dufftown in 2014, alongside the Sunray. A large amount of the whisky was aged in European Sherry Casks, giving plenty of fruit to the whisky.
Classically Speyside, the dram opens with warm raspberries and red apples on the nose, before touches of tobacco notes and red grape. On the palate the berries continue, with touches of caramel and pepper spice before a dry fruity finish.
Compass Box Asyla Blended Scotch Whisky
Compass Box Asyla, is a Blended Scotch Whisky produced by the independent bottlers Compass Box. The name Asyla comes from the single form of "asylum" and is a member of the Signature Range from Compass Box. It is a blended Scotch whisky with a 50-50 ratio of malt and grain whisky. The blend was matured in first-fill American oak casks.
The nose of the Compass Box Asyla Blended Scotch Whisky, is that of some peach and lemon aromas, with some cereal and soda notes. The palate is that of vanilla, lemon and sugar flavours. There are also some undertones of french toast and maple syrup. The finish is soft and smooth.

The Singleton Spey Cascade hails from Dufftown distillery, Banffshire is the Scottish Speyside region, matured in both ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. The bottling was initially released in 2015 after the success of the Tailfire and Sunray bottlings.
The nose is full of honey, toffee and almonds, while the palate becomes fruitier with baked red apples and cherries, and the finish carries good nuts, salted caramel and plums.
Glenmorangie 10yr Old Single Malt
Glenmorangie 10yr Old is a Single Malt from the Glenmorangie Distillery in Tain, the Highland region of Scotland. The name Glenmorangie comes from the Gaelic for "vale of tranquility". Glenmorangie started as a farm brewery but in 1843 began distilling. The 10 year old would be the standard bottling for the Glenmorangie brand.
The nose of the Glenmorangie 10yr Old Single Malt is that of big fruit and floral aromas. There are also some hints of honey and sweet buttery aromas. The palate is that of tropical orchard fruit flavours. The mouth-feel also has some sweet honey and baked bread flavours. The finish is smooth and refreshing, with some sweet spices.
Glenkinchie 12yr Old
Glenkinchie 12yr Old is a Single Malt Scottish Whisky distilled in the Glenkinchie Distillery in the Lowlands of Scotland. After the closure/mothballing of the Rosebank Distillery in 1993 the Glenkinchie Distillery became one of the few surviving Lowland distilleries in Scotland.
The nose of the Glenkinchie 12yr Old is that of light butterscotch and orange marmalade aromas. There are also some citrus and lemon curd notes. The palate is that of some toffee, vanilla and light spices flavours. The whisky also has some undertones of cardamom and mint flavours. The finish is that of fruit and smoke with a hint of spice.
Cragganmore 12yr Old Single Malt
Cragganmore 12yr Old is a Peated Single Malt from the Speyside region in Scotland. The distillery was founded in 1869 by John Smith on land leased from Sir George MacPherson-Grant. What makes Cragganmore unique is the shape of the stills as they have a flat top and are relatively short. The still shape has a definite effect on the taste and aroma of the whisky. The whisky has been aged in 2nd fill bourbon barrels for 12 years, and is lightly peated.
On the nose the Cragganmore 12yr Old Single Malt, has some honey and fruit aromas, such as pears and melons. There are also some aromas of nuts and heather. The palate has notes of dried cherry, honey nuts, with some smoke and leather notes are evident. There is a nice mix of smoke and tobacco on the finish.

Glenfiddich 12yr Old,is a Single Malt Whisky from the Glenfiddich Distillery in Dufftown, Scotland. The Glenfiddich brand are the best-selling whisky in the world. The 12 year old is matured in ex- American oak and ex-sherry oak casks, a pure Speyside style Scotch.
The nose of the Glenfiddich 12yr Old, is that of tropical fruit, such as lemon, melon and orange aromas. There are also some hints of tasted oak aromas that come from the use of ex-bourbon barrels. The palate has flavours of fruit, such as dates, plums, pear and raisins. Flavours of smoke and spices are evident on the mouthfeel. There are some oak and fruit flavours that are welcomed at the end of the dram. The finish also has hints of spice and toasted coffee beans.
Auchentoshan Three Wood Single Malt
Auchentoshan Three Wood Single Malt is a Triple-distilled single malt from the Auchentoshan Distillery in the Lowlands of Scotland. This whisky is initially matured in ex-bourbon casks, before being finished in Oloroso sherry casks, and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.
Although a Non-age Statement expression this whisky carries all the depth and complexity of the aged products from Auchentoshan. There is an array of rich and dried fruit present throughout thenose and palate, while the finish is dominated by the European Oak spice. Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban12yr Single Malt Scottish Whisky comes from the Glenmorangie Distillery in the Highland region. The original Glenmorangie is the base for the Quinta Ruban where it has been finished for 2 extra years in port pipes.
The nose of the Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban 12yr Old Port Cask Finish is that of typical red wine aromas with some blackcurrant and lemon zest notes. There are also some vanilla and fruit undertones such as raspberries, strawberries and cranberries. The palate is that of sweet toffee and cranberry flavours. There are some notes of warm spices and vanilla mixed in to create a complex whisky. The finish has flavours of orange zest and vanilla.
Bunnahabhain 12 Year Old Islay Single Malt Whisky
Bunnahabhain 12 Year Old is a Islay Single Malt Whisky produced in the Bunnahabhain Distillery. The distillery was founded in 1881 near Port Askaig. Bunnahabhain takes a different approach from its many counterparts on Islay considering itself "the gentle taste of Islay". The 12 year old is made with un-chill filtered malts bottled at 46.3% ABV.
The nose of the Bunnahabhain 12 Year Old has notes of tropical fruits along with some earthy, smoked oak aromas. There are also notes of citrus and sea air. The palate is that of creamy, malty, earthy flavours. It is gentle with some swings of spice, clove and a hint of cinnamon. The finish has a tingle of spice that ends in a syrup, creamy and vanilla flavour.
Dalmore 12 year old
A single malt aged for nine years in American white oak ex bourbon casks. Half is then transferred to Oloroso sherry casks for the final three years. The result is a rich sweet whiskey with sherried fruits.
Orange and dark chocolate on the nose. Spiced fruits on the palate. A smooth finish of vanilla, plums and cinnamon.

Glenmorangie Lasanta 12 Year Old
Glenmorangie's Lasanta is a delicate sherry expression, matured at first in ex-bourbon before being moved to Oloroso and Pedro Ximinez casks for a brief finish and bottled at 12 years old. Originally the Lasanta was bottled at 46%, however this has been lowered slightly to 43%.
The nose is light citrus, singed grapefruit and orange peel, with touches of walnuts evident. The palate holds raisins with soft butterscotch and fudge, before the finish shows roasted coffee and dark chocolate.
Cardhu 15 Years Old Single Malt

The nose opens with dark sugars into dark chocolate and Christmas cake. On the palate we see creamy figs with a hint of light salt and brine, before a finish of sherry spice and oak closes the dram.

Loch Lomond 18 Year Old
Capable of producing many different styles, the Loch Lomond 18 Year Old is a Single Malt, matured in American Oak Casks. Tommy Wallace, master Copper, hand selected each of the casks to bring his vision of the Loch Lomond 18 Year Old to life.
The nose hints at much older whisky, old oaken furniture, heavy American whisky soaked tobacco and honey notes. The palate comes in with brown bread, light jam and touches of smoky notes. The finish rounds out the whisky with light fingers of peat smoke and lemon zest.
Glenmorangie Extremely Rare 18yr Old
Glenmorangie Extremely Rare 18yr Old is a Single Malt Whisky from the Glenmorangie Distillery in Tain, the Highland region of Scotland. The 18 year old is the entry into the Glenmorangie Prestige Range. Their 18 year old whisky begins its journey spending 15 years in American white oak casks, with 30% being intended for the finished product separated to spend three years in Spanish Oloroso casks.
On the nose the Glenmorangie Extremely Rare 18yr Old is sweet and subtle aromas. There are also some fruit aromas, apricot as well as some cinnamon and baked cookies aroma. The palate has some cherry and oak flavours. There are also some cinnamon and malty cereal grain flavours. The finish is that of spice and fruit flavours and aromas.
Glendronach Allardice 18 Year Old Single Malt
The Glendronach 18 Year Old Allardice is a Single Malt Scottish Whisky produced in the Glendronach Distillery located in Aberdennshire in the Highland district, the whisky named for the flamboyant James Allardice. This whiskey is matured in the finest Oloroso Sherry casks, and represents one of the most well crafted whiskies of its kind.
The nose is lovingly sweet, with fudge tones and jam over raisin toast with honey. The palate showcases cooking fruits with a simmering of spice and chocolatey tobacco for a long smooth finish.
Highland Park 18 Year Old Single Malt
Highland Park 18 Year Old, is a Single Malt Scottish Whiskey from the Highland Park Distillery in Kirkwall, Orkney. It is one of the few distilleries to malt its own barley, using locally cut peat from Hobbister Moor.
The nose of the Highland Park 18 Year Old is that of fruit, such as peaches and plum aromas. There are also undertones of sherry and fig. The palate is that of a light smoke flavour, with some sweet raisin and dark berry flavours. There is also some lovely raspberry and blackberry flavours, mixed in with some vanilla and toffee notes. The finish is that of smoke and fruit until the end.
Glenmorangie Signet is a Single Malt from the Glenmorangie Distillery located in Ross-shire, Scotland. The distillery boasts to have the tallest stills in Scotland, standing at 26 feet 3 inches tall. The recipe for this particular whisky is unknown but what we do know is that some of the components are whisky that have been distilled over 30 years ago, and also some of the whisky as been aged in virgin oak casks. One of the biggest components with regards to the taste is that use of "chocolate malt" which is malted barley that has been exposed to a high temperature essentially roasting it as you would coffee.
On the nose of the Glenmorangie Signet is that of dark chocolate and roasted walnut aromas. There are also hints of coffee beans and dark fruits such as dates and raisins. The palate is contains baking spices and black liquorice flavours. There are also some nutty flavours such as walnuts and roasted almonds. The finish has a slight citrusy flavour mixed in with some spices.
